Privacy Policy

Information we process

• Accounts. You can play without creating a permanent account. Online play uses an anonymous Firebase identifier. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we process the account identifier, available email address and provider information, and the real name and screen name you provide. Your account can store preferences, puzzle statistics, recent games, and saved solutions.
• Gameplay. Online play processes player names, room and challenge identifiers, puzzle settings, piece placements, solve times, results, connection status, and credentials used to join or reconnect.
• Optional analytics. In versions with the Optional analytics setting, Google Analytics measures play by default unless you turn it off on that device or browser. A previously saved choice to turn analytics off stays off. When you are signed in, your opaque Firebase account ID is sent to Google Analytics as User-ID to link activity across devices where analytics is on. Guest activity is measured without an account ID. We do not send your email, name, room codes, or puzzle contents as analytics identifiers. You can turn this choice off in Settings. Signing out clears the account link; account deletion also turns analytics off on that device or browser. This does not erase previously collected analytics. Earlier versions may collect usage analytics without this setting or an account link.
• Technical diagnostics. Firebase Performance Monitoring measures operation outcomes, sanitized error categories, and request durations. Native release builds also use Firebase Crashlytics for technical crash reports, including device information and native crash stacks. These diagnostics are separate from the Optional analytics setting. Custom diagnostic fields exclude account identifiers, room codes, puzzle contents, and original error messages. Analytics and hosting services may also process app or browser identifiers, device information, IP addresses, and technical request logs.
• Approximate location. Logic Mosaic does not request device location permission, collect GPS coordinates, or track your precise location. Our service providers may estimate your general location, such as your city, region, or country, from your IP address. Google Sign-In uses this information for fraud prevention when you sign in with Google. Separately, Firebase Analytics and Performance Monitoring use IP-derived location to measure usage and service performance by geographic area. These uses explain the approximate or coarse location disclosure in our app privacy information; gameplay does not require your location.
• Notifications. If you allow multiplayer notifications, the app registers an Expo push token and associates it with your active room participation to deliver room activity alerts.
• Sharing. When you choose to share a completed puzzle, the app generates a temporary trophy image and opens your device’s share sheet. The image and caption can include the puzzle and solve time. The service you choose to share through handles that copy under its own policies.
• Native ads. Where enabled and permitted, the iPhone, iPad and Android app shows nonpersonalized Google AdMob native and banner ads. Unknown-age and under-18 users receive child-restricted requests. Google may process IP addresses, device information, ad interactions and storage identifiers for delivery, measurement, frequency limits and fraud prevention. Nonpersonalized does not mean no data is collected. We do not request Apple's tracking permission or Android's advertising-ID permission for these ads. We retain saved local ad preferences. The website shows no ads.
• Support. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to include.

How we use information

We use this information to run puzzles and multiplayer rooms, maintain accounts, synchronize saved records and preferences, deliver requested notifications, share challenges, answer support requests, measure use and reliability, and investigate service problems or misuse.

Other participants can see information needed for shared play, such as your player name, game progress, results, and challenge content. Treat room codes and invitation links as access credentials and share them only with intended participants.

Service providers

Logic Mosaic uses Google Firebase for authentication, databases, hosting, backend services, and analytics; Apple and Google for sign-in when selected; and Expo and device notification services for push delivery. These providers process information to deliver their services. Data may be processed in countries other than your own.

Ad choices

The app can show a labeled native ad below Daily Challenge on Play, a banner after the scoreboard at full-match completion, and a banner after the scores on a completed friend-Battle result. Unknown age defaults to child-restricted requests. Required provider permission and saved privacy choices control whether an ad can appear. In Settings, the Ads section contains Ad preferences and Report an ad. Ad preferences opens Google's privacy form when available. Privacy choices do not limit gameplay. No full-screen ads or ads during gameplay are shown. The website has no advertising.

Storage and retention

Account records are kept to provide account features until they are deleted. Temporary gameplay and diagnostic records have different lifetimes. Unclaimed challenges are scheduled to expire after seven days, completed challenges after 30 days, and temporary challenge handoffs after 10 minutes. Certain operational error and event records are scheduled for cleanup after seven days. Cleanup runs periodically, so removal may occur after the expiry time.

Analytics records, infrastructure logs, support correspondence, and copies held by other participants or service providers have separate retention arrangements; these are not all removed by deleting a Logic Mosaic account. Contact us for questions about a particular record or a deletion request.

Your choices and account deletion

You can manage notification permission in your device settings and choose whether to sign in, share a trophy, or send a challenge. The website and the app save settings and session information locally to support preferences and gameplay. Clearing browser data or removing the app clears local data according to your device or browser behavior; it does not by itself delete a server-side account.

To delete your account, sign in, leave any active room, open the account screen, choose Delete account. This deletes the Firebase sign-in account, private profile and account subcollections, account-to-room links, and an owned personal Solo room. It does not recall messages or images already shared with other people or automatically delete every operational log or analytics record.

To request access, correction, or deletion of information, or if you cannot sign in, email contact@hooshmandenterprises.com. We may ask for information needed to verify your request. Available privacy rights depend on where you live.
